Mr Pandelis Athanasias is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who is a specialist in treating uterine polyps, fibroids and heavy periods with minimally invasive techniques, including procedures under local anaesthesia. After finishing his training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the London Deanery, Mr Athanasias went on to develop special skills in minimally invasive surgery as a clinical fellow in advanced gynaecological endoscopy at London's Whittington Hospital. He has a special interest in clinical safety and is a member of risk management committees in both the NHS and the private sector.
Mr Athanasias practices at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust and privately at The Portland Hospital. He is also a Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University of London.
