Medical Qualifications
Mr James Nicopoullos graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of London in 1993 before going on to qualify from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’s Medical Schools in 1996 with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Mr Nicopoullos subsequently gained a Medical Doctorate from the University of London in 2007 after being awarded Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology in 2006. He also has a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP).
Medical Experience
Mr Nicopoullos is a member of the British Fertility Society, the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology. He is also a member of the Andrology Section of the British Association of Urology Surgeons.
Mr Nicopoullos is an Honorary Consultant Gynaecologist at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust and a Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at The Lister Hospital, where he is available for private patients.
He specialises in reproductive medicine/subfertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause, pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS/PMT), premature ovarian failure and menstrual disorders.
