A highly experienced consultant who was the Clinical Lead Rheumatologist at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for eight years, Dr Kaye-Barrett was awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of London in 2000.
Areas of expertise include osteoporosis, arthritis, rheumatism (such as carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, trochanteric bursitis, tennis elbow and tendonitis). In addition, Dr Kaye-Barrett advises patients on the best ways to prevent osteoporosis and how to treat the loss of bone density.
Dr Kaye-Barrett takes an integrated approach to wellbeing, and she understands how important pain management is for patients. She liaises with a range of other health professionals, and these may include physiotherapists and holistic practitioners, such as nutritionists and acupuncturists. The aim being for Dr Kaye-Barrett is always that her patients achieve the optimal level of health and wellbeing possible.
